LoyaltyJuice

Loyalty program software for hotels and resorts

A hotel has two loyalty problems in one building, and they are not the same problem. Room stays are infrequent and mostly booked through OTAs. The outlets — the lobby café, the restaurant, the spa, the gym — serve the same local residents every week, and that is where a loyalty programme actually compounds.

Every plan includes Nudge AI. No card required to start.

Why it fits

Your outlets are the daily business

A guest stays twice a year. The people drinking coffee in your lobby and eating in your restaurant live down the road and come weekly. Run each outlet as its own branch, with one card the customer keeps across all of them.

A direct booking is worth more than an OTA booking

A repeat guest who books you directly saves the commission an aggregator would take. Recognising them by phone number at the front desk, and rewarding the direct booking, is the cheapest channel shift a hotel can make.

One guest, one record, every outlet

Front desk, restaurant and spa each see the same customer history, so the guest who eats in your restaurant every Thursday is recognised when they finally book a room.

Every plan includes Nudge AI. See the plans and prices in Omani rial. Plans and pricing

Frequently asked questions

We are part of an international chain — do we still need this?
For rooms, no: the chain programme already owns that relationship. For your outlets, usually yes. Chain loyalty rarely covers the standalone restaurant, café or spa for local customers who never book a room, and those customers are the ones who come back every week.
Stamps or points for a hotel?
Points for the outlets, where bills vary from a single coffee to a full dinner. Stamps for stays, where five nights earning a free breakfast or an upgrade is simple enough that guests actually track it.
Does it connect to our PMS?
Not today. Customers are enrolled by phone number at the front desk or at the outlet till, and the card lives in their phone wallet. If PMS integration is a requirement for you, say so before you buy — it is on the roadmap, not in the product.
