Who is responsible for what

• Businesses using LoyaltyJuice (merchants)

  For the account, billing and team data of a merchant, we decide how the data is used.

• Guests of a merchant

  When you join a café’s, restaurant’s or hotel’s loyalty programme, that business decides how your data is used. We process it on their behalf and on their instructions.

Data we collect

• Guests

  Phone number, name if given, preferred language, birthday if given, visits, stamps, points and rewards, and your marketing consent choice with its date and time.

• Merchants and their teams

  Name, email, phone, business details, locations, and activity in the dashboard such as awards and redemptions.

• Website visitors

  Basic technical data needed to serve the site securely, and a language preference cookie.

How we use it

To run the loyalty programme (recognise you, record visits and rewards, update your wallet card), to keep the service secure and prevent fraud, to provide support, and — only where you have opted in — to let the merchant send you marketing messages. Marketing consent is never pre-ticked and can be withdrawn at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We use trusted service providers for hosting, databases, messaging and wallet passes, bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Some may process data outside Oman; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.

Retention and your rights

We keep data for as long as the merchant’s programme is active or as needed to meet legal obligations. You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent. Guests should contact the business whose programme they joined; we will help that business respond. You can also contact us through the contact page.
