Pricing questions
- What does it cost to run a loyalty program in Oman?
- Plans are priced per month in your own currency and include a set number of Wallet Members and locations, with extra capacity available without changing plan. Every plan includes Nudge AI. See the pricing page for the current figures — they are not repeated here, so this answer can never disagree with what you are actually charged.
- Can I use it across more than one branch?
- Yes. Guests keep one card across all your branches, and staff at any location can award stamps and redeem rewards. Each plan includes a number of locations, so adding a branch usually costs nothing until you outgrow the plan.
- What happens to guest stamps if I cancel?
- You can export your full guest list, including balances and visit history, as a CSV at any time. The data is yours.
- Does it integrate with my POS?
- Not yet in this version — staff look up the guest by phone number on a separate screen at checkout. POS integration is the natural next step and removes the second-device problem entirely.
