LoyaltyJuice

For restaurants, cafés and F&B groups

Loyalty for restaurants and cafés that actually changes how often people come back

A café regular who comes twice a week could come four times. A restaurant guest who comes once a quarter could come once a month. That gap is the whole business case, and it is almost never closed by a discount — it is closed by being remembered.

Built for

  • Independent cafés and coffee shops
  • Casual and fine-dining restaurants
  • Restaurant groups with several brands
  • Multi-outlet F&B operators across a city or the GCC

What actually goes wrong

Most first visits are also last visits

Someone finds you, has a good meal, and never comes back — not because anything went wrong, but because nothing brought them back. You have no way to reach them, because you never had a reason to ask for anything.

Delivery makes your best customers anonymous

An aggregator owns the relationship, the phone number and the data. You cook the food and learn nothing about who ate it. A card they carry themselves is the one thread that stays yours.

A paper stamp card leaks

It gets lost, it gets forged with a borrowed pen, and it tells you nothing. You cannot see who is close to a reward, who stopped coming, or whether the scheme is doing anything at all.

What LoyaltyJuice does about it

Enrol at the till in one step

A phone number is the whole signup. No app to download, no account to create, no email. The staff member stays at the till and the queue keeps moving.

Stamps or points, whichever fits the ticket

Stamps suit a fixed item — the tenth coffee. Points suit a variable bill — a dinner for four. You choose per brand, and change your mind later without resetting anyone.

The card lives in the phone wallet

It sits in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet next to the boarding passes, not buried in an app nobody opens. The balance updates itself after every visit.

Win-backs that write and send themselves

When someone who used to come weekly has not come in a month, that is a signal. An automation notices it and sends a message in their language — and the AI drafts the wording so it does not read like a form letter.

Several outlets, one customer

A guest who collects at your Qurum branch is the same guest at Al Khuwair. Run several brands under one account and keep the programmes separate where they should be separate.

Arabic that reads like Arabic

Not a translated interface. The whole card flips to right-to-left, and the automated messages are written in Gulf business Arabic rather than Modern Standard pasted in from a dictionary.

How it runs on a normal service

  1. 1

    A guest pays

The cashier opens the till screen and enters their number. That is the entire interaction.

  2. 2

    The card updates

A stamp or the right number of points lands on their card, and their phone shows it.

  3. 3

    A reward comes due

The till tells the cashier before the guest has to ask, so the guest never has to argue about a balance.

  4. 4

    Someone drifts

The system notices before you would have, and the automation reaches them while they still remember you.

POS and delivery integrations

LoyaltyJuice runs alongside whatever till you already use — nothing needs replacing to start. Direct POS integration is on the roadmap, not shipped: today a cashier enters the phone number and, where you award points on spend, the bill amount. If that is a dealbreaker for your operation, say so before you sign up rather than after.

Questions restaurants ask

Do customers have to download anything?
No. They give a phone number and get a link. They can add that page to their home screen or save the card to Apple or Google Wallet, but nothing is required.
What stops staff awarding stamps to their friends?
Every award is recorded against the staff member who made it, on a device you have armed for your business. You can see the history per person. It is not a lock, but it is a record, and a record is what changes behaviour.
Can I run different programmes in different outlets?
Yes. Each brand has its own programme, reward and branches. A group can run a café scheme and a restaurant scheme side by side under one login.
What happens to the data if I leave?
It is your customer list. You can export it. We do not sell it, rent it or market to your customers ourselves.

Start with one outlet

Set up a programme in a few minutes, run it through one service, and see whether the till flow survives a real rush before you roll it out anywhere else.
